At the AGM held on 21st September 2011 at the Verta Hotel in Battersea, Chris Wyatt, the current chairman of Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce introduced Alistair Alexander as the new Chief Executive. This is a long expected appointment and reflects the new mood of realism adopted by the current executive officers and the chamber's board of directors.
We met Mr Alexander briefly in May/June 2011 and are aware of his extensive experience of managing medium and larger sized businesses - most of his recent assignments were held overseas. He was warmly welcomed and has already shown his dedication and hard work during tage 1 preparation of the new Wandsworth Chamber branding and web site development.
